The project
An interactive experience designed to boost fun, excitement and interest in the foyer of one Google’s Digital Skills training centres in Manchester - helping break the ice with people who are scared of technology. We retrofitted a piano made in 1870 to play visual animations - all of which showcase Manchester’s pride and history (told through a Google Product and Brand lens). My focus was on content ideation and UX, as well as working closely with Stink on the build, and overseeing the freelancers and agencies creating assets. We had less than seven weeks to create the experience and had great press and social coverage on the day of launch.
